I was in your Silverton store today to exchange handles. I was assisted by Alpheus for whom there is no such thing as a problem. He went out of his way to understand my needs and help me find a solution. His friendly nature and understanding of the technical aspects of my situation were impressive considering how rare these traits are in retail today. So 10/10 for world class service. The staff working there are helpful and friendly. Their service is excellent.

Good prices, parking inside the gates are good however a bit risky if you need to park next to the street due to the area and crime in our country. Friendly service.

Was looking for a certain rail for drawers and was the only ones that have it in the length I need

I have been a customer of Gelmar in Silverton for many years. Bad service, good service, no matter, I always came back. Today however I am forced to put my signature on a pad before I can pay for my merchandise. I asked what it was for and got the explanation that I am signing because I am happy with what I bought. Because I also bought some rechargable LED lights I asked what happens if it does not work. I was told that I sign that I am happy with it. I refused sign and was told I could not be helped if I don't. This time I will definitely not buy from you again. To many other stores not requiring me to sign that I am happy with what I bought. Cheers!!
