Unprofessional and poor serviceHere is our experience using Pioneer studios:We wanted amazing looking wedding photos and while looking through portfolio's we really liked their photos and decided to spend more to get more.Excited we booked and paid, wedding got postponed due to covid, but we waited and could confirm a date for 1 September. (On 28 July)Got informed (on 11 August) they need to bring 2 assistants since they need the extra hands" then got a whatsapp from her on the 27th August that her father passed away
