very disappointed my dad bought all my mum diamonds from Erikson.20 odd years ago so ofcourse it my go to.I went there with a old centimental hold chain the blonde girl very rufly told me to just sell it.... I went for a second time to get evaluation done and verify diamonds I was treated like urrmmm a thief or something...very un kind cold vibe on the email to make this appointment yo get a valuation they never mentioned it costs R250 rand for a had written disaster piece if paper... I had another jwelwer look at my jewelry a while ago and it was a very warm professional way things was done.I will not recommend Erickson plus for some reason they have no signal so now they charging you money running around with card machines above there heads....outside good reception?uncomfortable experience rude250 rand fir this hand written disaster please use someone else if you can avoid them

If you were to bring something back because you werent happy with the repair work, you might be offended when they insinuate that you have been dishonest. I should have read the other reviews before taking my wifes ring there.
