Very poor service.Do not take your bike here.All these negative comments and low scores are justified. I had a similar negative experience.I read other reviews and saw low scores and negative comments but thought I’d give them a try anyway but boy was I wrong.When I first arrived the customer service was very poor. Not friendly at all.When I explained what I needed no interest was taken at all. I was a bit worried but left my bike anyway.When I picked up my bike I had noticed my bike was not even cleaned even though I paid for an expensive service.Upon riding my bike the new tyre that THEY had insisted needs to replaced was flat with 10kms of riding. They also did not return the old tyre which in my opinion was in valid tact.With being upset I took my bike to another shop (Bridge Cycles) which explained to me what a terrible job was done previously to my bike.I feel like I was scammed.Do not take your bike here.

Good experience turned bad. What a shame. If they could just take a minute to listen to a customer instead of telling you that you cant speak when explaining an issue.

Rented a bike here. Biggest mistake. Brakes did not function, chain was rust, guy did not commit on communicated price. To avoid at all cost, unless you want to get ripped off.

Taken for a service and tubeless tyres. Folks are friendly, but got bike back, not cleaned at all, one Tyre not fully pumped, had to wait for mechanic to come back, he was around the corner and after 20 minutes still not arriving.

Owner was very helpful and very pleasant to interact with. Prices are very affordable. Highly recommended.

Went in to get my pedals loosened. He did it free of charge and gave me advice around the price of the bike seeing that we are planning to sell it. Quick, efficient and friendly.

Advised you get a hard copy of a quote from them. The price of tyres that was communicated to me was R150 lower than what I was charged after the fact. Not to mention they are charging approx. 150 more for the set of tyres than 80% of the marketplace. Immoral business practice not a very appealing trait
