My rating is a NEGATIVE 100 stars after dealing with Adele from the Knysna office.I experienced her to be nasty , insensitive to our families situation.She caused an enormous amount of trouble by distorting what was conveyed by myself in my complaint against her to the CEO of AVBOB.I don’t believe that she has the ability to deal with members of the public, as she certainly lacked empathy and compassion in our circumstances- especially when she had no idea of the history of our family situation.Regardless of client’s personal circumstances, she should be professional and not engage in meddling in other people’s affairs.
