Clicks Pharmacy Flamingo

Unusually long queues and they close during load shedding and takes them more than 30 min to take their systems back up after the power comes back, which I can understand, but they just leave customers waiting outside, something that could be easily avoided with proper information. Clearly they don't care about their customers.

Most useless Clicks ever!!(If I could I would have given 0 stars)Pre-packaging system doesn't work (been without tables 3 days before I received the SMS)...Followed delivery process, but that also doesn't work! First the payment SMS was sent to the incorrect cellphone number and now I've waiting 2 days for the delivery...O, and they don't work during load shedding ???

Does not operate reliably during loadshedding.New queuing system excludes schedule 6 meds making us wait around well after being called.

Does not operate during loadshedding at all, while all the other shops in the centre does.They responded saying I need to send an email so the matter can be investigated... Investigate the fact that they don't have an inverter or anything to keep the lights on? Lol.Canned response much. Dischem down the road is much better in every aspect ☀️

I dread having to go this Pharmacy, they are always understaffed and take forever to assist you. I needed meds and the head pharmasist had taken the key and went on lunch I had to come back in an hour, I came back in an hour and a half and she only walked in then, she then assisted me with no apologies and wanted to argue that I had already claimed the meds for the day when the previous person had put it through on the system to speed up the process. I then went to the cashier and she asked why I was upset, I complained about the ojarmasist just for the cashier to say aw maybe the pills will make you happy. I was there because something bad had happened to ms on that day and had to have a procedure done in the morning.

Yes i was rude and yes i did swear. 2 months in a row the excuse by the pharmacist is that there is no stock of the chronic medication we need. 2 other clicks do have it? This is the closest to me. 8 km round trip to the next clicks. This pharmacy is usless. It is frustrating. A while back clicks ceo was boasting that clicks is the largest dispenser of meds in SA. Worst service and staff in SA is my opinion.

Slow service , can easily spend 45 min + trying to get a basic box of sinutab.Avoid at all costs , they close during load shedding as well . Useless

I would suggest you make use of a other clicks, the services is really bad, I have been trying 2 days to get scripted medication, and after the Dr did send the perscription, they still told me they did not receive that. They do not have sufficient stock. It seems that clicks needs to upgrade their shops and take inconsideration loadshedding times as well because we stood outside the door after the power came back on , and the cleaners was doing the floors , where they could have cleaned the floors in loadshedding times. It's really a huge frustration in this heat to be honest.

You guys should have your email address visible, so we can email our prescription scripts, so we will not bother your unfriendly pharmacists, like Tabisa Gijana...this Clicks should should really do better.

Always understaffed and so slow. Last week I left without being served, after waiting for half an hour in the prescription queue. Today I had no choice but to wait another half hour as my meds had run out. Just not good enough.
