Food here used to be good, the times we were served. The last couple of times, each time we went there the staff was rude and not helpful. Their ice cream machine is forever not working according to staff even with the machine not showing an out of order sign. Staff is not friendly at all and gives verry short rude answers. This place won't see me again.

Personally I have been a fan of this tranquil little city for a while I find it clean and pretty chilled, we passed by here my and my brother to get some grab. Placed our order went out to get drinks, and with a few minutes of leaving our chow was ready. Simply put expect quick service, clean store and all round friendliness from the staff.

They took half an hour for 1 buger and fries. No gloves were worn while making the food. Don't waste your time and go somewhere else.

By far the worst steers I have ever been to. On more than several occasions I went there for ice cream. Never was I able to buy any due to, according to the staff, the machine being forever broken. Yet never did I see the machine being off nor was there any out of service display on it. The front line staff are rarely friendly and never did i see any name badge on them so they can be identified. Honestly you will be better of buying from the KFC at the mall or local spar. This steers is hands down the worst fast food outlet in Lichtenburg. The time I was there was between 14:05 and 14:19 on 26/12/2022. If I could rate a Zero I would have!! Do not waste your time. This is a easy slaughter for any mystery shopper.

Bad service.always waiting forever for food to arrive.when you eventually get it it is cold and not neat,cheesy chip sauce more on outside of packaging than inside the box..burgers thrown inside and crushed by the other deliveries..just trying to reach steers is a mission as they put you on hold for more than an half an hour and when you are finally so frustrated that you are ready to shout the line cuts off,not even giving you the satisfaction to log a complaint and try to get it resolved.
