We had a beautiful couples massage today, it was so relaxing after a 12 hour plane journey, set us up for the rest of our holiday. Really, really nice. We also had a mud and sauna treatment, which was lovely. The space was quite.... cosy.... but we had a great time.

The massages were good, definitely fell asleep during the treatments. But we were rushed because we a few minutes late. Our Appointment was at 1pm but had to be there at 12:45pm. Due to unpredicted traffic situations, we ran a few minutes late and only arrived at about 1pm. From there on we quickly had to change before and after the treatments. We understand that there are other appointments, but I think you should consider factoring when clients are a bit late (not by choice).. over all, we enjoyed the spa package and will definitely return for more.

Had an absolutely amazing experience, the staff were so friendly and attentive, receptionist was kind and ready available, my treatment (Because she is worth it) was very much needed and worth it and I will definitely be coming back soon!

A very welcoming environment from the minute we arrived. The 90 minute couple's massage was absolutely perfect - the massage therapists were attentive to our requests, and left us feeling refreshed. When I'm back in Cape Town, I will definitely return!*Just a note about the location, as it's tough to find. You'll want to turn in at the Commodore Hotel, then it's right past the Queen Victoria Hotel. A small building kind of tucked into a corner spot.*

Had an excellent massage. Mona Lisa was her name and it was one of the best I have ever had. Everything was perfect. Relaxing and inviting.

Amazing! All staff are friendly and welcoming, you receive a complete breakdown of the SPA's history upon arrival. The treatment was 10/10 the most relaxing experience compared to other SPA's I've previously visited. Thank you so much!!!

Incredible experience. Probably the best massage we've ever had. We had destiny and another lady, the massage was amazing, the care given, the drink at the end. If we were staying in cape town longer,we would definitely be back again. 100% recommend.
