The whole experience is amazing the moment you walk in the door! The consultants knew exactly what I was looking for, the techy guys assisted me despite the fact there were few staff present, the managers are doing a really good job running such a fine establishment! Please keep it up iStore Rosebank! Would recommend 200%!!!

Purchased an iPhone 11 which was faulty from the beginning. The speaker in the phone crackled from the first call. Two trips to the store and one wonders why the unit wasn’t tested before sale. Price also on the high side compared to a new unit. Being iStore I was expecting better.

Horrible experience every time I go. Despite many employees walking around the store, there is never anyone to help. After I bought a mouse from them, I returned it after 4 days as the mouse was horrible and jumpy. I was told that there was nothing wrong with it and that if I wanted to return it, they would take a 20% admin fee. This is ridiculous! Stay far far away!

I was so exited to get my iPhone from this pre owned Apple shop in rose bank mall. . When my phone got a speaker issue I went to the store. The phone was tested and this issue was confirmed. I’m then told to bring the phone in and it would take 4-5 working days. IMAGINE! HE ALSO SAYS ALL SPARE PHONES OF IF WHICH THEY ONLY HAVE 5 with hundreds of customers were OUT ON LOAN. 5 phones only ?????So me as a business owner must be phonemes for all that time? It’s MADNESS. Get more phones to loan when repairs are needed. They are friendly when you buy but then impossible when you have issues. Solve this !!!!! Seems like a scam and the their phones are faulty

What a disappointing experience. I found a pre-owned Mac although I was told it was a demo model. I brought it home to set up only to find there was an existing password needed and the computer is linked to someone else's icloud account. Being a Sunday there is no technical support on the only number available 087 .... My husband went back to the store whilst I sat in front of the computer. Nothing worked on any passwords given by the in-store personnel.The store had never prepared the computer and set it up correctly. Now I need to take it back. Will 3rd time in the store be lucky? I hope so.

I Purchased an iPhone 11 Pro max online in November 2022. which was faulty it couldn't read any sim cards and sent it in for “repairs”. I received no updates on the situation for 3-4 weeks only to find out it couldn’t be repaired. Was offered a refund i am still waiting for my money even today. Customer care is not a priority for this store either, The staff don’t show any initiative to help the customer. The most appalling customer service ever. Will never recommend or visit them again.

I bought an Apple Watch from them via the online shop. less then 48 hours later I received it. I have to mention that I live in Pretoria.I am very happy. I think if you buy a Apple device you need to know what you are looking for and do you research before hand.Thank you

The staff on the new products side are brilliant at making it feel like you’re at the department of Home Affairs!One must be exceptionally well trained to reach such a level of rudeness and blatant, or wilful, incompetence.

My visit was brief, but the short encounter is worth 5 stars. They had what I needed, the staff was friendly and they assisted enthusuastically with unrelated shopping queries.
