I bought the snow pearl (glazed porcelain) from Malls tiles about 1 year ago and also a few months ago. I tiled the entire house with them because they looked nice. These tiles are not good quality. Once layed onto the floor, they scratch easily and chip very quickly. Please do not purchase these tiles. I wrote an email to the cpt branch and complained to the sales person about the quality of them...but they dont care, as long as the sale has been made.These tiles are not worth the effort! I have now taken my complaint to the consumer board. Tiles are supposed to be durable!
