After getting a battery replacement in our car we realized that they gave us a wrong battery. Car refused to start and had we reported it immediately after Toyota informed us that we didn't have the correct battery in our car. At first they were hesitant to help us again but eventually they replaced our battery because they gave the wrong number. Great service, anyone can make that mistake at least they made right what was wrong.
