Custom Couches

Bad service Marco is a crook the guy owes me R5700.I purchase a Tv last year the last payment was made november 2020 , the installation was suppose to be done in December till today i have not heard from them , i made a serval contact with them Marco told me he has no money to pay me back and he used my cash for other customers .I have been calling him and he promised a refund at the end of feb 2021 but nothing .I have tried to call him he does not answere my calls , I've sent serval messeges to him and no response .guys save your money and do not buy anything from that shop , the guy scammed me and he doesnt want to pay me back

Custom couches worst service ever. They are thieves. Do not buy from them or trust them. I had a placed an order with them on the 30th October. I was told the delivery would be within 7 days, however, I was then told this would not happen and would take place on the 13th November. During this time, I requested pictures of the couch and did not receive any and also received no feedback in terms of when my couch will be completed. I was told that the pictures would be sent in a hour everytime, but nothing.Tomasz LIED to me on the Tuesday that my couch is completed and would be delivered on the Wednesday or Thursday. I did not receive a call to arrange delivery thereafter. On the 17th November I still did not receive my couch, pictures or feedback. On the 18th Nov I was given the option to do a refund because of the lies and I chose to do the refund which they then asked for my banking details and said they would send the Proof of Payment asap. They also sent me a picture after demanding it from Tomasz and giving him an ultimatum however it did not look the same as to what I ordered and this motivated my refund request. Before sending my order, I confirmed that it can be made exactly as the picture and they advised that it can.From there onwards I received no feedback or call back on my missed calls. This is terrible service and they still do not want to pay my refund. No one even contacted me today, the 2nd Dec 2021.

Atrocious service and product. After delay after delay i finally got to look at our sofas 3 months later (delivery promise was 3 weeks). Below is what I saw so you judge for yourself. I was told by them that this is industry standard since I selected to go for Full grain Leather" and it comes with imperfections. Nevermind the stitching

Please DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY. We had been lay-byeing a couch, headboard and kitchen chairs. They did not make any of our furniture, they moved premises and STOLE our money!

I ordered a couch on lay-bye for six months, of which I decided to pay in 2 months,and it was supposed to be delivered last week Thursday,but they didn't and I've tried to get a hold of them and they aren't responding to my texts on WhatsApp.

I'm utterly disappointed with the quality of my couches and the poor customer service.I have tried calling the office numerous times with no avail.I have ongoing issue from 2020 thats still not sorted I really frustrated. I have whatsapp correspondence regarding the issue will be sorted and im still awaiting feedback from Marco. Now they blocked me from whatsapp.

I was very impressed with their initial proffesional and quick response. However since then I have paid a deposit, sent Whatsapps, emails and called and not received any reply. I wish I had of read these reviews first!!!

Custom Couches - The worst experience - Ever!Beware of Custom Couches! I bought an L Shape unit from them this year at the Bloemshow in May 2019. The couches on the floor looked great, high quality and the salesman was very positive. He promised us all the warranties and guarantees that you would expect that comes with a couch. We even opted in for the Fibreguard Stain Proof" deal.But

SCAM!!!! Stay away from this place they are a scam! Waited 2 months for delivery of my fully paid couches. Phoned many many times, no help at all. I canceled the order and requested a refund. Still waiting for a refund. I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!!!!!!!

Ordered a couch from meeting them at an expo. They were extremely friendly and helpful. Once deposit was made, communication became poor. We then made full payment (we were on a lay-by) and waited for our couch to be delivered but got no response on estimated delivery time or any kind of communication. After numerous calls, emails and messages they still didn’t respond. Eventually we sent a letter of demand and their response was that we had to change our chosen material and come to their warehouse in Johannesburg to choose and change our couch. 6 weeks later our couch arrived. I am so disappointed because the couch is actually such great quality ! I wish their service was better and I wish they could improve on their professionalism for the future.
