I am very disappointed with Foschini in gateway, I was there to collect my laybye, the lady took an hour to look for it which they couldn't find, imagine placing a laybye only to find out it's not there and I've been paying for my laybye monthly.

My mom claimed for a phone en when we got home the phone was not accepting any sim card which they also checked using their own sim cards. Instead of giving her another phone they took the very same phone and told her that she will not get a new one but she must wait for the faulty phone as they are taking it for repairs. What nonsense, but it it was an Indian or white person they wouldn't have gotten this type of service. Im reporting this to Hello Peter.

Due to time constraints I hadn't posted a review earlier. It was my first time collecting a Pargo parcel here and the service delivery was excellent and effortless, the staff where extremely friendly and ready to assist which I appreciated. Most definitely will use them as a pickup location again.

Im very disappointed in the service i received at the store when i checked in my son tablet for repairs and now i have been trying to call for the last 2 hrs and no one is answering the phone....

Such amazing service from Dipthi and her colleague at Estee Lauder. I wasn't happy with the shade I am currently using. She matched the correct colour with my skin tone. I purchased the foundation immediately as it looked WOW! She even gave me a sample to try at home and If I wasn't happy with the colour I purchased, before opening it, I could exchange it for another colour... I've had bad experiences from other beauty therapist at other stores doing Estee Lauder, but Dipthi was the absolute best. Awesome peoples skills. Thank you D. Keep it up... another mention is the awesome girl at Lancome. I didn't get her name, but my friend went 2 her for lip colour, amazing service. .thank you.. Remona Chetty

great customer service from sales assistant .... enjoyed shopping there .... fitting rooms are spacious and neat and there are many shop assistants waiting to help you with size and good clothing advise .... i had to go and change an item and the staff were so helpful and always ready to help ....

Bad Consumer Experience..I absolutely love the products at Foschini, however after staff at the Gateway branch were rude and very unprofessional today I am taking to all social media to express my disappointment . Not only did two members of staff behave unprofessionally but furthermore they made my shopping experience absolutely uncomfortable.Honestly I will no longer be shopping at the gateway branch and suggest that the staff be taught how to behave with paying customers.Unethical behaviour amongst retail staff speak volumes about the company and management and what they expect us to tolerate.
