The service we received from TDMC with the redesign and relaunch of our website was phenomenal. The 30day snag period is a great concept and allowed us to iron out any changes or teething problems after the launch. Claire and Cole are true assets to the TDMC team, nothing is ever a problem and their willingness to assist is a breath of fresh air. We had few disappointing experiences before we found TDMC. Once we started using their services, we realized they did do what they said they would, which I find very rare in Marketing. Their team are a bunch of very professional and dedicated people. It doesn’t matter whether you need assistance with building a new website or help with managing your products campaigns, they are very competent in everything they do. When you don’t know what you don’t know it’s easy to be sold a solution that’s not right for you. Having initially been advised to use social media as a marketing tool we came to TDMC for a second opinion. Straight away they told us why this was not the right approach and steered us towards a very focussed Google Marketing strategy. They have worked tirelessly to help us refine our keywords, been patient with us as we’ve learnt what works and what doesn’t and guided us into making the right decisions for our business. As a result, our ROAS is now exceeding 10X and we could not be happier with the results.
