Update: The owner contacted us about the review below, naturally upset. We explained that indeed, the initial installation wasn't up to standard and that we expected more from a reputable company and at the rates charged. We suggested someone comes out to have a look, rectify problems we're having with the system and we'd be happy to review our comments. It's a pity that it took months for the owner and company to respond to our complaint, and only as a result of the public review. That said, the fact that the company eventually did respond and did take our issue seriously by coming out without charge to help solve current problems, is a good response and we therefore think they deserve a second chance. On balance, the system (hardware) is a good system and the after sales service materialized when needed. Old Review: The workmanship and quality of this company's product and service is far below expectations. We recently invested for the installation of a fingerprint reader system to our commercial premises. The units were installed superficially, with cabling sloppily and lazily afixed to the outside wall, and door. No effort was made to chase cables neatly into the wall, nor were the cabling on the door properly sealed. When queried, the company simply informed this is their norm. We had to redo all. In less than two months the system software is acting up. When approached, the company seemingly has no guarantee on their products. To come out to look, they charge exhorbitant call out fees. Be warned: very expensive product, poor workmanship on installation, no customer service post installation. Our experience with this company are simply stated, a huge loss and lesson. Not a good experience at all
