The yellow barricades should be moved as they take up a lot of the space. Otherwise a good place for shopping from shoprite, Chinese clothing stores to a chemist, hair products shop to a hardware store next to a Hospital. All in one.

Impressive service all around

The Shopping Complex has a few major retailers, A Post Office and a few other Small outlets located on it. Introduction of the KFC and its location make it a ideal for quick stops in transit . The state of the toilets could be improved and customers are expected to pay to utilise these amenities.

I'm not sure if its the whole complex or just where I shopped but the service from Morula Shopping Complex KFC and SHOPRITE was HORRIBLE!!!!! Customer care at KFC is horrible, I ordered a wrapsta box and the lady who was taking my order said they want to check eggs, Eggs for a wrapsta box?, from there her attitude was horrible towards me, I had to repeat my order 3 times and when it was time to collect my order she didnt call my order number but instead just Hey you girl, come take your food like I'm some school girl or something.Shoprite on the other hand was worse. I went to a till and was changed to the next till just because my grocery cart was full, the lady said she is tired and told her colleague to take over me. The colleague was very rude, throwing my items roughly on the other side of the counter. I was never assisted to pack my groceries instead employees kept just looking at me, another employee was packing 1 plastic bag, instead of helping me after she is done with the other lady she just stands and talks to the other employee. MORULA SHOPPING COMPLEX CHANGE YOUR EMPLOYEES THEY DONT DESERVE THE JOBS THEY HAVE. HORRIBLE SERVICE, HORRIBLE PEOPLE

The infrastructure in this property is fast becoming outdated and the management seem to care less. Security is also laughable with the frequent armed robbery, the latest being on the 18th of April 2021 at shoprite.
