Wowzers! The best security company I have dealt with. They're so proactive and community orientated. Other security companies should take a leaf out of their book.

The company's acc dept responded in a prompt manner when you ask information regarding your acc and sent details of acc immediately.

Absolutely the worst company I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. They were tasked with adding additional outside beams onto my existing alarm system.Suddenly the passives quoted on were not suitable and I had to pay extra. Then my remote and receiver were not up to the task adding another huge fee. Then suddenly my alarm system is too small and cannot accommodate the extra zones!After countless visits the system still does not work, gives constant false alarms, and I cannot bypass zones to try and find which one is giving the false signals, because it is still not set up properly.I asked for the tamper switches to be activated on the outside beams so they could not be stolen...........which they did not do!Absolute money down the drain for NOTHING!!!!

We had lightning damage to our system on 21 April. Now on 3 May we have still not had our alarm repaired. Our insurance approved the quote from Laxer and we paid on 26 April. We havee phoned to ask when the repair will be done with no success. I think the management of Lazer has a lot to answer for!!

I phoned when there were riots taking place to inquire if it was safe to drive through the area. They were very helpful and gave me a detailed report and advice on my safety if I chose to drive through certain areas.

Staff in the office is very helpful Also over email and cellphone reaction from armed response is fast within minutes very well coordinated reaction unit controle room is also super fast
