Very quick if they need info/money from. Extremely bad if they owe you money or answers. Will not recommend.19 Jan: The manager, Erika le Roux, contacted me the same day about my review.She was not aware of my issue that I have been battling with. She sorted out the matter within 1 day, in a very understanding manner. Excellent service from the manager.

Very unprofessional. After three weeks I have still not received my deposit back. The apartment was vacated on the 1st of July. Key was handed to estate agent. It was agreed that the deposit will be paid back asap. I have sent a number of emails but have not received any satisfactory answer.

For the past 7 years I only had great service from Tharina van der Linde, she absolutely went out her way to care for my daughters while they were studying and daddy was far away. Future parents of students go and meet up with Tharina and see how far she will meet you in pleasing you. Tharina jy is great, dankie!!!!!

I came to South Africa for the first time as a Postdoctoral fellow in North West University. Looking for an apartment was difficult for my initial 10 days till I meet Tharina Van Linde of just property. She's a wonderful, truthful,w compassionate and kind woman. A very good service delivered by the agent (Ronel) from the day of viewing units to finally moving in to one. She understood what I needed and helped me decide on exactly on that. The level of responsiveness when it comes to queries is top!
