I contacted Josh after hours one evening having come across Media Town through a Google search. He responded immediately and scheduled an appointment for the next day. Following the appointment, Josh told me what needed to be done to improve the WiFi coverage and speed throughout my house. Within a matter of hours, I had received a quote and installation appointment confirmation for 2 days later. From start to finish, the service was outstanding. I highly recommend Media Town’s services.

My wifi signal upstairs in our house wasn't very strong although we had a booster upstairs. So I wanted to strengthen the signal. They came out and did an assessment for the best way to achieve this. A new modem was put downstairs and the old modem with cable from new modem was put upstairs in our office. Very good job, efficient and very professional and helpful. Will definitely recommend Media Town

What a great experience we’ve had with Media Town’s team. We needed a network cable replaced from the ground to the top floor with part of it running outside the house. From the first interaction to get a site visit arranged to the final installation was 5 star customer service. I would highly recommend Media Town for the quality of work, service and friendly staff.
