Woolworths Trade Route Mall

Trade Route Mall Woolies doesn't stock a huge variety of foods like other Woolies. The women's clothing section is small.

Just had to stop by to get the most delicious chocolate cake for a special occasion.

Always friendly and efficient staff. The range is limited though, so not all items are available here

Could not find a pork roast. Salespeople at the mens section are excellent, attentive and helpful.

The place was quite,I just went for eye shopping,got a shock seeing the prices,the place is for the selected few.

It's located in the mall that its the best in lenasia... there is no store better than the woolworths that's the difference. Clean with big space plus free Wi-Fi and great customer service

I usually only come to TR mall to shop at Woolies food section. As they usually have the best foods and ready meals. However my experience yesterday was not a happy one. Due to loadshedding I (and many other shoppers) were unable to have access to a functioning lift.I had to wheel my trolley full of bought goods across to the PNP side and carry all the bought goods down a non-working escalator) and to the far end of parking outside the PNP entrance since the FNB entrance was blocked off due to renovations being done on their parking areas. I am arthritic, and this was very difficult to do.The images show how many of us were forced to wheel trolleys to the PNP end to get to our parking carrying heavy items. And despite the inconvenience caused to customers, TR mall management still has the audacity to charge for parking when parking is not readily available.Woolies is known for their usual high standards and absolute attention to detail, whuch usually sets them apart from every other retail store, but this experience was a put off for me, as I would have expected Woolies management to realize that the entrance nearest to them is blocked off and due to this, a functioning lift is A NEED to get the trolley to the lower level for parking.Woolies management should demand from TR Mall management that the lift near them is functional when the generators are on and while the parking is undergoing renovations. As TRM management is CLEARLY never able to think by themselves given my MANY bad experiences at this mall.
