Last year (May 2022 ) I took my son’s PS4 1Tb that i bought 27/11/2021 to cash crusaders alberton on a buy back loan, I kept on paying the monthly interest as stipulated on the contract and renewing every after 5 months as per contract terms. On the 31/05/2023 which was my 5th month, i paid the whole loan amount to get the PS4 back , I was told my son’s PS4 was lost , I was informed by Monica ,the sales person who is responsible for giving my son’s PS4 to another customer, citing that , she gave the customer ( white lady) my son’s PS4 by mistake instead of giving her the PS3 that she bought to cash crusaders. I was then given a worn out PS4 , while my son’s PS4 was practically new as it was kept at cash crusaders for almost a year. I took the PS4 home my son tried to use it , it was not functioning properly, it kept on switching off on its own,the power button was not working and all his games were not playable. On 1st June 2023 i took it back as it was not working, I told Monica ( the person who gave away my son’s PS4 to another customer) about the faulty PS4 she gave me yesterday, at the shop they had the PS4 500GB only , I told her we cannot take the 500GB as ours is 1TB .The only 1TB they had was the PS4 pro, my son ask for it, we were told it’s more in price Monica and his manager were extremely rude to us, as if it was our fault they gave away my son’s PS4 . The manager ( white guy , i didn’t get his name ) treated us as if he was doing us a favour,I ask him why can’t they go to the customer that they gave my son’s PS4 to and request the PS4 and then give her the PS3 that belongs to her, he answered in a very rude manner. I was told the store owner said they will go to other Cash crusaders to look for a replacement, I requested to speak to him they refused. I am soo angry and very much disappointed. If I won’t get the PS4 by tomorrow, I will be coming back with X- repo.

Their number is continuously busy and you can't get through to them which makes dealing with them very stressful cos i would rather confirm something before having to drive all the way there only to be disappointed. at least get a call waiting system or have more than one number. I am very disappointed because i have always considered you guys to be the best.And i just realized reviewing this place is pointless cos they never acknowledge or do anything about the reviews let alone reply to emails.

Had a realy bad experience at the buy shop today. They had the most incapable salesman that offered me a price on my TV and then had to call his manager to try negotiating me down on the price that we've agreed on. This was apparently a new guy but had no idea what he was doing. I've sold a lot of stuff to them before and never had problems. Ask for the manager before you except any prices they offer you for your goods.

I felt the stservices was excellent. The staff member helping truly went out his was to assist me. With help like that, this will definitely not be the last time you'll see me at your store again.

Terrible whatsapp service from Alesca. Poor response times and is selling equipment without their respective power cables is a joke.It makes me question the buyers ethics and how equipment is tested before resell from a 'reputable' used retailer.

I bought a washing machine few days ago, the product was not fully tested and the sales person (Michelle) said it's a sale item and there is no warrenty on the item after I had paid when she firstly stated that I can return it if there were any issues when i requested my warrenty form.I then used the machine to find it was faulty. Promice were made by management and other staff members that my issue will be sorted. I'm in a constant fight each day with them. Their service and ability to sort out major issues and to assist the clients is no where to be seen. The manager/owner could not be bother to even pick up the phone and sort the issue out with the client. Absolute Scammers!

Very helpful and always stocked up on everything. They have everything device/electronic related available.

They reap off people, lack of a better word, in terms of buying something from someone. I wouldn't advise anyone to bring unwanted stuff to them.
