This is an industrial company and it was the first time I visited it. Coming from another town, not knowing the business, it seemed all closed up. If there were no cars on the inside and having to ask if the business is open, I would have turned and drove home. When inside, there is no social distancing and no markings on the floor where to stand in a queue to be served. And a mistake was made with my order even after confirming it with the assistant. This might not be the norm, but when you drive 80 km one way, you expect to get what you order.
