Only 1 star because there is no 0 star rating. Arrogant, bombastic, rude, incompetent, thief as the owner. Still having problems with my gearbox after several takebacks and a LOT of money. Have pics, e-mails, whatsapps, recordings as proof. Stay away.

WORST SERVICE EVER!!! Don't even get me started on the incompetent receptionist. Don't know if she was unwilling or unable to help. Also very overpriced. Can I give them a minus 10 star rating?

The guy I'm dealing with for my transfer case is the worst lier of note. He hardly ever gives feedback and keeps promising me he'll deliver. DON'T USE MAYFAIR IN BLOEM. Once you pay them, you move down their priority list. It's been 2 months since I paid them and they still haven't delivered my transfer case. The day i paid them, they told me that the case would be delivered that afternoon, after my payment i gpt excuses till now two months later.

Wish I'm able to rate them 0 stars. Definitely not trustworthy. They told me that my car will definitely not cost less than R16 000 to fix. A week went by and when I asked for an update they answered me extremely rude saying they do not have time to look at my car yet. I fetched my car a week later without anything being touched or fixed. I took it to Bloem Auto and it barely costed me R3000 to fix and the car is 110%. Do not use this business. They are thiefs, rude and untrustworthy.
