Bad experience. First contact comes with a sole mandate contract and lots of arguments whilst it is clear when 2 companies have a mandate the sales happens faster because of competition... I refused. . Then they market the property WITHOUT MANDATE and put it on property 24... they put your property on the market without agreement... They have a lot of stars because their own people give 5 stars to their own company as you can see yourself...

I would not recommend the agents, Jacqui Middlewick and Nuksi Klaasen that handled the Purchase of my new home in Dec'20, still waiting on them to finalise stuff that should have been checked and done before I moved in a very filthy house.

We met Carol Ann Mellet in the beginning of 2018 when we did an enquiry on a house she advertised. Ever since we have built a wonderful relationship. She helped us with the marketing of our house and was there for us every step of the way with advice and support until the deal was sealed. She became part of our family from the start because she was such a genuine caring person who went out of her way.

I had a really bad experience with this estate agency. A Marina Venter, behaved extremely rude and unprofessionally towards me, and wanted to charge me R1 000 as a viewing fee" to go and show me a property I am interested in. Shocking!!!! This place should be closed by authorities."
