The agent was unprofessional that dealt with the buyers that viewed the property. Offer was just dropped off at our office. She told us that she would come and see us at a 1 o'clock we waited and she did not come to us. No phone call that she is not able to make it.Agent's should do a pre-approval before taking clients out to see if they qualify for amount before taking the clients out to properties in their price range. Dont take client's to properties if it is not in their price range. The wasting our time and clients time.Clients maybe loves property and later found out that they are not able to purchase the property because it is not in their price range.The agent needs training and help. :-(I won't do business with HARCOURT at all.
