What a great evening we had at Bourbon Street! Fantastic food, huge portions, friendly service and well priced. Will definitely be visiting again when I’m back in Robertson.PS - the Pina Colada is very syrupy and the margarita was super strong we had to mix it with a red bull. But the Latin Lover cocktail was great!

Came highly recommended, and to travel all the way from Cape Town to experience such horrific service from a waitron, very very disappointed. Had pizza, which was very good but waited for hours of other food and waitron brushed it off as it was his mistake and then turned around to say we cancelled the specific dish. The manager was very apologetic and didn't want us to pay but it was never about that, it was just bad service from a waitron that was giving this brand a bad name.

Extremely large menu and very American influenced but meals are hearty, wholesome and tasty. Could well get very busy as it's a perfect diner to meet friends in a large crowd. Prices are good and great value for money.

They have good food and there is always a good vibe going, so it's a great place to grab a couple of drinks and something to eat. They do however take a long time to prepare the food, but if you have the time you definitely won't be disappointed. I have visited them numerous times and they are very consistent in what they do, which is why we keep going back. The restaurant is quite large so can accommodate small and larger groups, and they have highchairs available for babies so it's a good family option as well. They also stock some good craft beers and local wines.

We had a wonderful experience. This was possibly the best eisbein I've eaten and it was a low carb version with cauliflower rice. Generous portions. Great atmosphere, excellent service. We'll definitely return!

Let me say firstly, the food... holy wow... incredible... the service... not so much.Fistly, when you open a restaurant at 11am, your appliances should already be up and running and bathrooms and floors cleaned.We arrived at 11:15 on a Sunday and ordered coffee, but was told the coffee machine has not been started up yet and had to wait. We could not even order tea as this was also used as an excuse. I mean really. Cannot serve tea due to coffee machine not ready. How about a kettle?Then when we finally got our coffee 30 minutes later, we had to move downstairs (the people smoking upstairs was too much), and thats when they were cleaning the bathrooms and floors (over an hour after opening) with an intense smelling detergent, that was soo strong one of our party had to leave as she has asthma and it affected her. Cleaning should be done before a shop opens.Other than that... food wise... some of the best we have ever had...

We love going to Bourbon StreetThe food is really good, big portions, so many options to choose from. They have a massive menu. Love the cocktails as well. They have a warm fire place for cold winter nights
