Service sucks! That time they charge double what other average courier company charge and the average companies actually are more efficient than them. I leave one street away from their main branch in Mthatha but I’m telling you I’m going on my third day of not receiving a parcel that has been scheduled to be delivered

I have been promised delivery Monday. As of now I still have not received anything. When phoning landline no one answers. This is just terrible service. I can see parcel was in Umthatha branch since 4th of Feb 2021 today is the 10th and still no delivery. Very pathetic service.

My order has been with you since Monday. I got a call on Monday evening confirming my order is there and that it will be deilvered and you even asked for directions to my house. It is Thursday and still no order received! Totally unacceptable!

The worst courier service I have ever come across! My parcel has been with them for 2weeks, I keep receiving messages that the parcel will be delivered and that the driver is on his way !

Absolute rubbish and must be closed down! If your Takealot order uses this nonsense Courier, just cancel your order because you not getting it.
