Fast Wash and Valet

I booked for a full valet on my hatchback and was in contact with the company before hand. They advised I should come during the week to avoid unnecessary delays. I contacted them before the time and advised I would be bringing the vehicle in. They had said it would be about 4 hours to complete.I dropped the car on a weekday at 8 am and came to collect (after confirming it would be ready) at 4 pm. The car was covered in wax and was half finished. The staff were all over the show with no direction at all. There were 3 cars all half complete. I called the owner who came and left almost instantly without offering any guidance or solution.I would not return. The team are being set up for failure as the owner offers no direction and leaves all to their own devices. Great potential, but terrible execution.

We had an inside valet done. We dropped the bakkie off at 11am and by 5pm the seats were still soaking. The bakkie wouldn't start and when turning the ignition the aircon and fan were blasting out air. The fuel pump burnt out and we had to have it replaced! The Fast Wash and Valet took no responsibility for the damage to the bakkie, they wanted to get paid so they could lock up and leave for the day. They shouldn't add inside valet" to their list of services if they can't do it properly! Will never use them again. Thousands of Rands to fix the bakkie!"

I am ambivalent about the service provided. On the one hand the cleaning and staff were amazing. They carefully got rid of all the dirt in the car, and took care of the leather seats. The fact that they are open 7 days a week is also a bonus and convenient.However the engine wash caused damage to my car, some water appeared get in places it shouldn't have which has caused a great inconvenience, as I started the car it stalled now it won't start successfully. The company used their disclaimer to protect themselves from this damage. After fixing this (R1000 plus a few ubers later), I am quite doubtful that they did all the safety measures to protect my car engine. This would have been R3500 if the water got to the computer box.I would highly recommend the full vallet without the engine wash. Yes the car was a bit damp when I fetched it, however for the thorough wash it was worth it.

Exceptional service from Fast Car wash, friendly staff, their work is by far the best to any other car wash and my car is always ready on time. I wouldn't go anywhere else. The owners are always ready to help where they can.

Pleasantly surprised to see the business is open 7 days a week, as most are closed on a Sunday.It was quiet but the 3 man team still worked fast. For the 2nd menu option I was there there for 45 minutes max, which included a thorough wash and dry - a vacuum, wipe down and polish for the inside of the car as well as wheels and cabin freshener. A great service if you're wanting something quick and not too thorough. However they do offer full valet services as well.I would prefer they first wipe the surfaces down before using the foam polishing detergent, as I noticed some overlooked splashes and missed spots where dust had settled. But for R150 it's worth it.

Fantastic team of washers that turned by 20 year old 4x4, that spends most of its life in the deep bush, back into a showroom quality vehicle that now looks brand new. They did this at less than half the price of their competition up the road! What a great experience seeing these guys hand polish the car, even the roof between the roofracks. 5 years worth of dust removed in less then 3 hours!!

5 star cleaning service to our car which we had been 4X4 ing for quite a number of months in very remote areas of Southern Africa,.They also asisted us in cleaning a very badly soiled carpet, with amazing results. I can highly recommend their cleaningThey were more than half the price of their competitor in the area. Very friendly and helpful personal. No job is to big or to small for them.

Amazing company and staff!! I take all our personal and business vehicles to get washed/valet at least once a week to Fast Wash. I will only use Fast Wash as they are absolutely the best and the most professional in the industry. The staff and owners are extremely friendly and always ready to assist with any query we have.
