Fantastic Fur Dog Grooming

I highly recommend fantastic fur to any dog owner. James and the fantastic fur team are amazing and friendly. The shop is absolutely beautiful, it also has a wide variety of goods to spoil your fur child: such as treats, toys and dog accessories. It’s like a little doggy day spa. Your dog is secure and safe as the grooming takes place behind a closed door. I have been taking my King Charles Cavalier Lottie for the past year. She always is so well taken care of. She looks amazing each time she is clipped. She looks cute after her hair cuts. She absolutely adores James and gets so excited when entering the shop. I have recently taken my 10 month old puppy for her first groom (wash) at fantastic fur and she was well taken care of. It is easy to get appointment and you also get a reminder sms prior to your upcoming appointment which is a very convenient reminder for those with a busy lifestyle. Took my dog in for the first time and was so impressed with the service and the love they gave to my dog. My boi came out fresh as with the biggest smile on him and was the most happiest dog walking home. He looks and feels absolutely amazing. Would 100% recommend this place..

Very professional staff who know how to groom sweet dogs that hate being groomed

I had my Border Collie groomed, de shed. They do not know how to groom border collies, I think they lifted her tail and just cut in a straight line, looked ridiculous, same across the top of her toenails. I believe she had a bad experience because after she was picked up she just moped and stayed away from us until the next day. This has never happened before at other groomers and she is a very well behaved and friendly dog. When our dog was picked up the staff was on the phone and just handed her over without even speaking, he continued with his phone call, not even a sorry I’ll be with you shortly.
