I had a fall at Bartle due to over wet wooden floors. Broke a finger hurt my hip, leg and back. The Feedem nurse and Management did absolutely nothing for me. All I got was I'm sorry" from Sharon. Mr Alan Lukan refused point blank to pay for xrays or treatment due to the fall which was Feedem's negligence."

It's not a good place to send your elderly anymore. Management doesn't care about anyone.My mom's cousin had a fall because of a wet floor. And broke her finger. And she was bruised all over. And they did absolutely nothing for her. Don't send your elderly family members there. Unless you want to see them get treated like dirt.

Set in beautifully maintained grounds. Lovely caring staff, friendly and helpful. Everyone goes out of their way to help the residents. I was most impressed with the place from the people getting us at the gate and right throughout. The resident we spoke to was very happy at the place.

We as a family enjoyed visiting my mom at Bartle house so much. Have met most of the people staying there. Everybody was so kind. Place are so clean. Much to keep the people busy. Lovely gardens. Wow

Bartle House is one of the nicest retirement Homes I have seen . My mom has been there 19 years and has loved staying there . The Matron Sharon one lovely lady and the previous Heather absolutely the best . U can't fault the staff that work there as well .

Glad to be finished with this establishment. My friend was miserable there. We certainly won't look back with fond memories.
