Have shopped here for many years. Love that I can start on my Christmas list early in the year. The goods are excellent quality and priced for all budgets. The shop is beautifully presentedand always clean

Helpful staff, christmas trees were good value, we are so happy with ours way better quality than myer etc and similar pricing. Great range of decorations.

When I walked into the store I was struck by how beautiful the store is but we were ignored when we walked in, they have an average range of stuff with good enough quality but most of the stuff is extremely pricey. But a very beautiful store, one of the ladies was helpful others not so much. I would recommend going there because their stuff is very beautiful (even though quite pricey) and the store itself is gorgeous.

My mum raves about this place from her visits to the store in previous years. So i went with her this year and was disgustingly disappointed. They are overpriced, and for the service you receive it is shameful. The staff are VERY rude if you ask them a question they literally call someone else and tell you ‘I don't want to deal with this’ right infront of us my poor parents were embarrassed for asking them a simple question. I also bought a few little nativity ornaments which are supposed to light up (and come with batteries) however 1 of them came with dead batteries, and the other one’s battery lasted 1 hour and then died! If your going to mark up your items at such high prices then supply appropriately functioning stock. Total rip off go to mrs clause in joondalup atleast they know what customer service is.

A great place if you want to decorate your home for Christmas or just enjoy thr air conditioning while being in a winter wonderland.

My wife went to the shop today with a picture Ute of the lights she needed, politely asked the lady there if they had any, abruptly and rudely replied ‘no’ turned to another customer and asked if she could help him, leaving my poor wife pretty upset. She will NEVER shop there again. I realize the pressure they’re under, but manners and courtesy only take a second.

Magical and very calming. Has been changed around and looks amazing, the ladies have done a fabulous job! Staff are always friendly and helpful and its a joy to go there any time of the year. They also have a 'sister' shop up in Toodyay, Christmas 360, which is worth the drive.

Great customer service, great range, love this store. Prices similar to department stores like Myer, but better range, and you can buy earlier in the year. Would definitely recommend!
