Great customer service and advice given by the friendly people at Spilhaus. Even though they did not stock what I was looking for(nobody does)the the guy helped me figure out how to make what I needed and boom, success! Thanks for the help sir I've been looking everywhere and nobody could help me.

Really helpful staff!

Spillhaus is very expensive. Unfortunately they are closer from where I live/work. Places on the other side of town is in some cases more than 3x cheaper on specific products. With the water crisis, they are under staffed and the workers packs telephone orders in for their clients instead of assisting walk in customers. I have waited 40mins in the shop and asked many staff before I got assisted. Second time I half managed by myself but it was also 25mins and did not get any assistance after trying numerous times asking for assistance.

Fantastic service! Elvis was very helpful and understood exactly what I needed. He went the extra mile for me and made me feel important. Prices are extremely reasonable. Thank you Spilhaus PE. Much appreciated.

Collected my first tank today and ordered another two. Very professional, helpful and friendly. Well stocked store watched staff offering plenty of advise to customers.

Very good service. We visited the shop on a Saturday and were met by a friendly staff member who proceeded to take and carry a shopping basket and talk us through everything needed. I paid careful attention to what was said by each staff member in the shop, and got the impression that they all have in depth knowledge, are very willing to assist, and work as a team. We got the best advice from staff, even if it meant that certain parts we ended up not buying from them. Very huge range and quality products. The products that are higher priced than those of competitors are more premium, heavy duty, durable products. They have everything needed for water tank installation. Very much worth a visit, they will be seeing us again.
