The last couple of times I've been at the store, it's been one disappointment after the other as far as customer service is concerned. The African lady who's always on the phone behind the counter and gives you the death stare behind her mask if you dare approach after standing by hoping she would actually interact with you because surely you're not standing in front of her to pass time, she needs to get training ASAP, her terrible manners are consistent. Also, she never resolves any enquiry on her own, she always calls someone else to give answers. Then the gentleman with mini dreadlocks needs to watch his tone when he's addressing customers. Pity the likes of Xavier and the rest of the Moffet on Main team seems to have left. They were on the ball!

AfternoonI dropped off my Breville Coffee machine on 27 April 2021. I was told that the lady that deals with it was off sick. A week later I returned to the store to follow as to what was happening with my machine. It was still in store as she only returned to work that day. Today 21/05/2021 I still have not heard anything regarding my machine. Even after phoning and leaving a message for the manager to call me back last week - still nothing. From what used to be a pleasant experience I am now finding that you only get the good service when you are buying something from the store.Today you can't even phone through to the store.

I really like the different offerings ..the staff are really very helpful and have tons of product knowledge...really friendly and allow you to look around until you need them...will definitely be back

Staff is very unfriendly, from the guy who sanitises your hands to the very scarce floor staff who act like you’re invisible and the cherry on top with the cashier. Be prepared to be given different service based on your skin colour.
