The queue was long but moving. On arrival you have to ask who the last person in the queue is! and ull automatically follows after that person. To a registration room where details of payment and ur vitals are going to be checked The staff was friendly and very helpful. nyc clean restroom only saw one. Was assisted by a nurse who was friendly n gave info bout the clinic...got relevant treatment....they don't take certain medical aid plans..... For instance; for bonitus they don't take the boncap plan but welcome all others. Jus be sure to ask before joining the queue if you are to pay wit medical insurance.
