Great sales pitch and seemingly great technical knowledge, but then it goes downhill from there. Sub-standard installation, which required 2 visits to attend to basic stuff like stopping joints leaking, then try to get CoC out of them ? 3 e-mails and a Whatsapp just ignored - next stop the industry organisations and lawyers. Can't get a certificate of occupation for my new house as a direct consequence of their failure to perform ...

I don’t like posting a negative review but I feel that one has to be honest for these reviews to have integrity. I have had my system since March 2022. It has worked well and the installation crew were great. However, the after-sales support has been truly terrible. Unfortunately, this is a critical test of whether to use a supplier for a significant capital project and I just can’t recommend UberSolar on this basis. In fact, I have counselled a number of people against using them. Ignored correspondence, feeble excuses and a disturbingly arrogant and defensive approach has been my depressing experience of UberSolar after the invoices were paid. Had I known what I now know about their approach, I would never have used them.

Very unhappy with my installation. Firstly I specically chose the uber solar because James ensured me that it is the best and most sophisticated system on the market. I also chose to install the Ubersmart device which allows me to monitor and control my geyser via an app, only to find out that the Vertical installation recommended by the installer does not work effectively by showing the correct temperature. For almost 5 months they said they are investigating a solution with their App developer but have not come back to me. Secondly, the valves fitted with the innitial installation barely lasts 1-2months and I have had to replace 1-2 valves every second month (6x in total). Although the cost saving are great on electicitiy, the inconvenience and cost of replacing valves is not sustainable. Although the after sales support is good from the technician (Simba), I don't receive any feedback or solutions from the owner James. Very frustrating because my system is barely 6 months old

James and his team have a great product here. Over the years i have purchased three systems for my house. Problems are sorted out quickly, all under the 10-year warranty. The latest generation is working great.Would recommend James, his team and his product.

To give credit where credit is due, there was a comms failure and messages didn't get through (after a cellphone theft). Thereafter the reaction was instant, I have my CoC and the system- which worked perfect from the start - continues to. No elec backup required to date, so running cost is zero !

So excited our water was hot within 3 hours of installation, we even had to add cold water. The service we received was amazing and everyone we dealt with couldn't do enough for us.I would highly recommend this company.
