Our experience was one of deception, dishonesty, incompetence, disrespect and unscrupulousness.Trudie is supposedly a consumer specialist who speaks at seminars on the topic but our 1st hand experience with her shows she's either misleading people or conveniently does not give accurate information so she can benefit financially from litigation. Due to Covid-19 we were forced to close our business doors resulting in early termination of our retail lease. We contacted trudie to see if there was a way out of the lease with the Consumer Protection Act. She asked for the lease lied about reading it as after she said she read it and confirmed our lease could be cancelled in terms of section 14 of the CPA so she could get paid a almost R10k deposit which we paid she mailed to say she could not open the file. This information was totally false as section 14 expressly mentions that juristic persons are excluded from section 14 which a Consumer Attorney" who is a "specialist" should know like the back of her hand.Trudie sends you a video link about her charges where she tells you to send all info even if not pertinent so she does not charge to read another e-mail if anything is left out but after we did she kept on asking on different occasions for the info already given and then had the audacity to accuse us of being dishonest as she again failed to read the info submitted
