I'm still waiting for my order eve now, it's been 1 hour already and the time on my Uber app keeps increasing.I tried calling them but they don't even answer.This is making it hard to support such businesses.

I'd recommend Kwami catering for any ocassion. They recently catered for my clients traditional wedding(100pax) in Pta, they were very professional and the food was very scrumptious. Great job.

Worst experience I have ever had. Ordered on UberEats. No delivery for hours!!!Drove to collect myself, with rude and disrespectful people. Still did not receive my food. Not worth it!!!

1 star is too generous. Ordered from them via uber eats. It took over an hour for them to prepare my order and when the driver went to pick up the order, they were closed. So disrespectful. They will never see a cent of my money again

I ordered from this place on uber eats, and they took 2 hours to prepare my order. Uber eats driver had to wait for an hour. Even when the food came, it was not tasty and it was missing a few things I added on my order.

Waiting time is never less than 45min,worse if you use Mr D regardless of how far you stay. They recently increased prices, which is normally not a surprise but to have less ingredients on the kota than previously yet increase the price is totally unacceptable. The reason we no longer have a choice of sauces we want with our food doesn't make sense as well

Ordered twice from this place and I must say the service keeps getting worse!!Order from Uber eats and waited for close to 2hours I'm beyond upset even lost my appetite!!!Kota Shack doesn't even deserve the one Star I gave them.As I'm writing this review I'm still waiting for my food

I have experienced the poorest form of service. I placed an order through Uber eats and two hours later the Uber driver was still at the shop waiting to pick up my order. I called the shop and no one answers and the I called the Uber driver and asked to talk to them. Whoever that answered the phone just said they have many orders and the hung up
