I Should have read the reviews.Website states 5 business days turnaround time and 2 days for delivery, its been almost a month, sent emails with no response.The site is most likely a scam.I will update the review if I receive my order but I am not holding my breath. Beware, do not order here!***Update***Changed from 1 to 2 stars.Finally received after more than a month, quality of the embroidery is terrible (wonky lines, colors outside of the lines), not worth the money nor the wait. Luckily I only ordered one cap to test before making any larger orders.Buyer beware.

I should say I was a bit skeptical to order at first and the shipping felt quite long, but the shipping policies did disclose the shipping time so wasn't too worried. Really impressed with the quality, I tend to be very particular when it comes to caps, but it was well worth it. Will definitely be ordering again.

I really dont recommend, communication is poor to none, embroidery is done at the bare minimum and turn around time is way to long, a person needs to lay on their backs before something is done. Anyone can happily contact me if they want more info. Rather pay a little bit more and get service elsewhere
