Steam room have not been operational for months and this was the main reason my wife joined. Last week we got told they won't be repairing it and if we wish to cancel our subscription we need to pay the 40% penalty. I don't think this gym will stay open for long.

Steam room has been out of order for 6 months, aircon is basically non existent. Not enough barbells. If a machine breaks then it takes forever to get fixed. The roof is leaking. Staff smoke outside in clear view of gymgoers and the public. Management needs a wakeup asap.

Clean gym which doesn't get overcrowded. Would get a fifth star if their tablet was left in the correct place for Vitality login

Staff very friendly, great equipment, spacious workout area. Conveniently situated. However, I have not as yet received my contract, even after a few requests. Steam room not operational since before I joined (+1 month). Highly annoying that opening times over the holiday period are not as advertised even when checking at reception a few days earlier.

It was good when it opened, but now there is evidence of poor maintenance and communication: a) mens' steam room not working b) mens' urinals not working c) rowing machine timers not working d) Kids Zone often not fully functional.

Lovely gym, spacious, good quality equipment and really lovely staff. Have been satisfied with my experience.This being said I have some ethical concerns in terms of sales. The steam room is a part of the package that you pay for at the gym, and gets sold as such, but no attempt has been made to repair it. This is rather unethical considering it gets sold as part of your monthly/ upfront fee.

The gym is the best gym I've ever been to, there's tons of machines there and I can actually get my workouts done as the machines are fixed quick if broken unlike other gyms it's motivated me to be there on a daily basis.Only complaints I have are those aircons when loadshedding hits it's insanely hot, no windows to open so makes it worse, don't go there during loadshedding if you are gonna do a hard workout, there's no windows to let out the heat,Over all the gym is perfect for people who want to train, everyone is polite and friendly and the staff really care about any complaints you may have and try sort it out asap. Just please, airflow in the bathrooms by the showers is non existent and aircons... Please install extraction fans

Staff are proper salesman and not trainers....Changing prices constantly during initial sign up..Best to just avoid and go to a gym you trust or support local gyms instead of this badly run brand-name.

Beautiful gym. State of the art equipment and very big.It is a bit dark and quite hot inside with very little Aircon or circulation. And there are not enough classes available.

We joined the Gym for a week while on holiday, the staff are friendly and the machinery is decent, but everyday as soon as you enter the gym a terrible smell of sweat hits you and it hangs around the gym the entire time, they will have to do something about it... Never encountered this at any of the other franchise gyms.
