Totally disorganised, shameful service, and treat customer with utter contempt. They missed TWO pre-agreed delivery dates. They then lost our items. When the order was cancelled, the items were delivered. They were told to take them back because they had been cancelled. 3 days later, still waiting for a considerable refund. DO YOURSELF A FAVOUR AND AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE!

I'd give a negative score if I could, they cancelled my order and claimed no one was home for two delivery runs. The courier never called me or made any form of contact to enquire whether someone was home and both times there was someone home. Policy is terrible. Lost money and never received my goods.

I have purchased from Superbalist MANY times over the last few years and have always had an overall good experience, until this week.My package was delivered yesterday and someone signed for it, but the person who signed for it is not known to ANYONE at the address provided for delivery. No-one can locate my package?I specifically ordered it in time to have with me to travel this weekend, but now it's just all up in the air and no-one on the delivery team can give feedback??I have been in contact with with the Support team and they have helped as much as they can, but if no-one is responding to them? How on earth do I get more feedback on my package?

I returned a shirt that didn't fit me on the 17th of April. Consultants confirmed twice that it is in their warehouse. No one has given me feedback and they don't want to give me my money back. I'm going to take this further even if it means contacting the ombudsman.

I bought two things two weeks ago. I didn't like it, so I contacted customer service several times to return it. They had no answer. So after receiving the goods, I requested a return of two items. And sent 2 items. However, only one was returned. So when I checked again, only one was returned and the rest were processed. So I called the customer center and asked why I only applied for one item when I had already sent two items. So they said they would take care of it, but even after making 4 calls, it didn't work. This is the worst customer service I've ever had here.

Really disappointed. Terrible service received right from the get go. I’ve been ordering from Superbalist for quite a few years now but the service is just really getting worse.After placing an order I paid an extra R90 for next day delivery and waited until 6pm the next day for the order to arrive at my work place. The driver must have only arrived after 6pm as I received an SMS at about 18:50 to say that my order was attempted to be delivered but was unsuccessful, after the communication via SMS conveyed that it would arrive between 8am and 5pm. At this point Superbalist attempted to deliver my order again about 3 times for the entire weekend when I was unavailable to receive it, hence why I paid for next day delivery. What a waste of time and fuel for the driver. I tried to cancel my order after it did not arrive on the scheduled date. I then received an email to confirm that my order had been cancelled due to unsuccessful delivery, even after I had sent my own email and waited on a phone call for 25 minutes to get in touch with a consultant to cancel my order myself. There was no enquiry about which bank account I would like to have my refund processed to. It’s been three weeks and I still have not received my refund. I had to call and follow up twice. Only now has someone been able to tell me what is going on. I’m very disappointed with my service and will unfortunately not be using Superbalist or affiliated service providers in the future.

You guys really need to improve your inventory system. My past 3 orders have been mess after mess. Superbalist is currently providing a service that cannot be trusted. Please try to do better. I don't want to have to go an actual shop to buy clothes.

The absolute worst customer service! I would give zero stars!After their inventory issues, I was due a refund of R888. I have literally had to chase them for my refund for over a month now. Portions of the refund have been paid and I’m still waiting and fighting for the remaining R250. It’s beyond ridiculous!I’ve been a customer since Superbalist started many years ago but I will never buy another item from them!

Always have a great experience from Superbalist! Delivery is quick and easy, and the returns process has always been quick and painless. I'm kinda addicted to shopping on here!My only critique is that the packaging seems excessive for smaller items.

Superbalist used to be so great, but something has gone wrong. My last few orders were a mess - Items not arriving and paid for items that I never received, or received incorrect items. So disappointing. Won't use them again.
