Pool medics have helped my mum out on multiple occasions with everything from major repairs to replacing creepy crawly hoses. Their staff are all incredibly knowledgeable, informative and friendly and their execution is always perfect to the last detail. Their prices are fair and they're always happy to advise if you pop in with a bottle of pool water for them to test. They have also made 4 or 5 trips out to my mums to complete stages of a repair and to follow up and check with only one callout fee. Wouldn't use anyone else.

I had a problem with my pool pump and left a message with Pool Medics.Marius called me back within the hour and arrived at my house promptly just after 12h00 as agreed.He sorted out the problem quickly and efficiently.I was impressed by his friendly and professional service.I can recommend Pool Medics without any hesitation.

I called Pool Medics because my pool pump could not be manually switched on. The technician did an assessment and determined that the timer is faulty. I received 3 quotes the next day for a replacement timer. I decided not to accept the quotes because I could do the repair. I asked them for an invoice for the call-out because I felt they did what I requested and it is just fair to pay for the service. I received an email stating that no call-out will be charged. In all my dealings with Pool Medics I have always had super service. I will recommend them.

We have been using Pool Medics for a number of years now and they continue to go the extra mile EVERY time we need their help! Their service is excellent, their team of guys are such a pleasure to work with, they even remember the dogs names and make a big fuss. They are reliable with ensuring gates are closed, I trust them completely and the quality of service and equipment installed is first class. Anton, the owner, is amassing, nothing is ever too much trouble and his team have the same work ethic. Thank you guys for your incredible service !
