I ordered a left handed holster on the 8th of April in store and was told that if would arrive on Wednesday the 19th.I called the 22nd and was transferred all over the show speaking to 5 different people. Was eventually told that they would call me back. This after I had already made full payment of R1299.No call back. I then went to the store again on the 27th and again after they were running around like headless chickens I was told that there was a delay due to Huntex. I accepted this and was told that delivery would take place the coming weekend and that I can collect on Monday the 1st of May. Today I called again and again was told that they would call me back. Nothing again!!!! Poor poor poor service.

Not much interested when buying or looking for something small.If you ask about serious matters wrt high performance rifles the mood changes.All I wanted was a small nice pellet gun to shoot the rats in my yard as they are even in the roof and poison is NOT the option as it kills other wildlife.I rest my case.

Staff are great and friendly. The range needs a face-lift, the mechanism that moves the targets back and forward is beyond unpleasant and the same excuse each time when buying ammo for the range that there is none left doesn't fly 4 times in a row claiming they are original Winchesters and you have to pay more is absolute rubbish. I honestly can't recommend the range and the price for the fake Winchesters that you are forced to buy if you want to shoot
