They are the best and reliable in terms of their workmanship although there are some criminal elements where one can fabricate stories to let you pay extra, especially on cash paying clients. I was milked R3000.00 for an extra things I never seen. That was in September 2016.Again this year in july, my petrol was either used or drained and thanks to the pictures thet proved my point. My car was not sprayed and blended this time, and thanks to miway insurance for their intervenion and the second in charge who helped by providing better service afterwards. Their job is perfect but there are others who destroy their business by being unfaithful.

They stayed with my car for the whole week without any communication. Each time i call for feedback I get lied to. The worst ever, it’s just unfortunate that 1st for women referred me to them.they make you like they are doing you a favour. I would never use them again even if they pay me

Worst decision of my life, sent there by my insurance, asked for extra work to fix a small dent on my rear bumper, now my car lost the rear diffuser as it fell off my car while riding on the highway. JP the workshop manager was very rude and refused to take responsibility for the damage to my car, barely 2 weeks after collection . My advice, don't take your car there if you are paying cash, these guys only give a better service if the insurance is involved.

Dial Direct referred me to this service provider, i was made to pay half of the excess fee, but i was not told that it will take a very long time for them to get the parts. I had to call them to ask for progress. Parts arrived on the 29/09/2022. The vehicle is booked for the 5/10/2022. i was advised by them that it will take them about 21 days to replace two doors and front and back bumper, paint the doors, and replace the plastic panels and bumpers.Dial Direct has settled the claim, before the vehicle is fixed. I assume that they might not have the parts and they are just dishonest.

Was told car will be ready on 29/01. All along was kept up to date with progress until 25/01. When I called on 27/01 about fetching car on 29/01, was shocked 2b told car is damaged! No details given. I asked insurance 2 intervene, as @ today (10/02) still waiting. At least some decency to inform me it won't be ready on 29/01 & new date, not silence. Car was dropped on 4/01, bonnet had hail damage. Very bad communication!

I was called during the week and told to bring the vehicle for inspection on Friday the 3rd before 9am which was yesterday as they will be closing at 9am.Them boom I got there at around 8:15am all the staff members are sitting there, the wood is burning inside the braai stand preparing for braai and unfortunately I was dismissed, told to come back next week Monday as they are not working on that particular day.
