The trainers keep you on a level applicable to you, but always push for progress where there is space, pushing your mental limits. Looking at my stats over the last 2 months, its a no-brainer and wish I had started earlier! Often we lose track of our routine with the exceptions"

I had my Demo with Nicola. It was the best experience I have had with a personal trainer. I signed up the same day. Nicola was extreme helpful with all my questions, she started to support me from day one. She has this bubbly, friendly and out-going personality that makes you smile if you walk into the door. The gym is always clean. I am looking forward to my journey with the gym and I need to make sure you know that Nicola is a huge asset to your company. I love my gym sessions.

I love the layout of the studio, the comfortable showers and changing rooms and the excellent cleanliness. The instructors are absolutely the best and really make training fun and something to look forward toThe 20 minutes is intense and I am always stiff and feel like a had a few hours in the gym! Love the innerbody measurements, and I see how my lifestyle affects my score...
