As the brides Mother: The finner details was a mess. The hall was dirty. Dirt was swept against the skirting. Visible for our guest to see. God knows if it's from the last event or was it just dirt cause hall hasn't been used in a while. Glasses had stickers on asif it was just bought, without removing stickers/labels. Not washed before use. Electricity was an embarrassment. Our guest qualified electrician had to go check it out. That I should invoice as a private after hour job. The desert melted so everyone couldn't enjoy. My biggest fear was when I walked my daughter down the aisle and I almost fell. The bride had to tighten her grip to safe me from embarrassment. You can't lay down a mat on tree stumps. That was supposed to be a concrete ramp. The last step of the staircase coming down is to high or the ground is dangerously unsettled. The wedding wasn't a picnic for that type of ramp. We never intended to invite guest to direct people how to walk because the ramp was a hazard. Is this because you define people from the area they come from....Gaan man wat weet hulle" That is a NO for me. What happened to the DJ and the events manager. What was that important that he had to leave. The bill was paid up in advance. Why was the paid up Client shifted to the back line. Was it because all staff had to go work at the other event where Moerat had a family wedding. Tell us the Truth. The money the Wedding Couple spend didn't fall from one of those trees at the event. It is hard earned honest money. I will appreciate an explanation to this type of mishaps. Our guest phoned the next day to complain."

My daughter's wedding was held there. Our family and friends had a lovely, beautiful and blessed time at the venue.Thank you.

Beautifull for a fairy tail wedding and food spectacular!?

Food was 2 hours late with very little communication to the guests to what was happening.Drinks were warm.Cutlery & dishes was dirty.And in South Africa one can't use loadsheding as an excuse for being late.Waiters were unprofessional.

If you aren’t an influencer, you don’t count. This was our experience. Hazardous place especially for old people. Two elders injured after falling over the same tree branch! Plates, cups and chairs extremely dirty! Still food on it! No sanitary towel bins so people had to literally carry their dirty pads on them until a crate was provided. Dj was so bad, he didn’t even know what RNB was! Flowers were dead, the bridal party was put AT THE BACK OF THE HALL even though that wasn’t the initial plan. No one was on duty from their team and to top it off, so many people complained about their tummies the day after (what happens after eating from dirty plates!). Influencers hype up this company so much but I swear only they get this ‘good service’ because the people who actually pay, they ain’t getting any of it. They are definitely not as good as the hype created. They are actually pretty pathetic and extremely disgusting and unhygienic to be honest. They all should go do courses in project management, events management and definitely health and safety! Because their competence is extremely questionable.

Extremely disappointed,The food was over 2 hours late and the chicken dish was very salty, warm drinks and unprofessional waiters and staff.I expected a lot more. I guess good service only matters when it comes influencers and social media.I would not recommend using this company as they promise so much but fail to deliver on the day.

Disappointed, after what was expected to be a beautifully executed event managed by professionals.Altbough the food waS tasty it was served over 2 hours late. People had to rush through the meal, some leaving without even eating , as the event was meant to conclude by sunsetDrinks and water was warm!!it was 38 degrees as predicted, how was this not taken into account???Yes, ice was provided, in huge chunks that could not fit into the glassesCrockery and cutlery was not cleanTables were dustyNo adequate serving utensils on our tablesWaiters were unprofessional.They definitely require training.No locks on toilet doorsOne towel per bathroom was provided which is unhygienic , even after asking for paper towels.Load shedding was used as the excuse for the delay in food AND the warm drinks and water !!! This is unacceptable! How does one run a business without proper preparation and planning?

ranged with us, to even asking us to meet them at a venue where they set up another wedding on the outskirts of Paarl (after they ruined ours!) We had to drive through farms and dirt roads in order to accommodate them to meetings they do not even pitch to!!We have tried to resolve this matter privately, yet they constantly give us the go-around. It has been 42 days since our initial complaint. In the first week we were given empty promises, lies and eventually no results. When we decided to escalate the matter, we received a response from a Mr Reza Ismail, who ended up wasting our time, insulting us, and delivered absolutely no response despite promising to do so about 4 weeks ago!We have now decided to go the legal route and expect a response. We hope this does not need to go to court but we will not give them the benefit of the doubt anymore.DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. THEY WILL TAKE ALL YOUR MONEY AND DELIVER NONE OF WHAT THEY PROMISE, NOR WHAT YOU PAY FOR.Don't be fooled by the good reviews and social media. They are horrible to work with.If I could give no stars, I would.

I cant describe this place..Its too amazing, beautiful, just enough, yet more then what you could ask for ( depending on how you decorate)Highly reccomended for intimate wedding, parties and events like open mic and live shows where you can picnic and have a family day.Improvements:Not disability friendly.No wheelchair access toiletWheelchair needs to be lifted up the stairs.Not sufficient Bathrooms for both male and female.No outside /night time lights hence your event needs to finish before sunset.(strategy i think lol)
