Bosky Beauty Gift Acres

My review is two-part:** 10/10 for the Bosky Luxury pedi and the cutest French toenails. The lady who assisted me was friendly and instructive, which put me at ease for my first-time visit.* 3/10 for the acrylic nails… The salon seemed over booked: I was tended to late, two different ladies removed my old acrylic before the technician I was book for came to do my overlay, and there was a general sense of disorder amongst the staff. At the end of a 3.5 hour appointment (1 hour was for the pedi), I fed off the energy of the staff itching to go home, since we ran 15mins over closing time, so I did not critique the work while I was there. I hoped all the flaws would somehow look better the next day, but I am now deeply upset with the mess I need to wear on my hands for the next two weeks. Again, this was my first visit. I understand that they did their best to replicate my request, but I would have changed my mind if it meant sticking within the skillset of what they are capable of.

I have done nails at bosky nail gift Acres I normally do my nails there because they had a special for people who are working at the shopping Centre.. Today they were running a special for 100 Rands that are done by their student I told them that you can see that these are done by a student they are not nice however I was once done by a student the nails were perfect so I sent a message to them asking for a soak off and I ask them how much is their soak off they told me the soak off is going to be 50% wich will cost R60 randsOverall I am also working with customers when the customer is not happy you need to fix the problem and bring the resolution on the tableI am a valued customer there but the answer they gave me it is really not enough you can see that they are playing hide and sickI am very dissapointed with those ladies I trusted them to be professionally when it comes to customer service.....

They did my nails really horribly. I got french nails with very simple flower art on it and i must say it is laughable how badly they did it and took so long to do the simplest of nails. The art turned out to be barely a few dots on my nails and i had to remind the tech to put my sealing top layer on.In the session i had to go through 3 different nail technicians. Which is horrible having the technician leave in the middle of their job for another appointment.Definitely not worth the price

Semamola is young, but mature for her age. She was professional and the aromatherapy massage was excellent—- the best neck and shoulder massage ever!!- as part of a full body massage was excellent. Thank you Mamo!

I had a really bad experience. 3 of my nails on my hands and toes were damaged one toe was bleeding extremely by the end of the service and after less than a week, my gel is already coming off. They also applied the wrong colour to my toe nails after I showed them which colour I wanted. I had a terrible experience and will not be going back.

The staff is very friendly, I am beyond impressed with their work.
