I stumbled across this really cute little website yesterday, as it was the only place which had an item in stock, which I'd been looking for. I can't tell you how touched I was to get an e-mail from them today, thanking me for the order and asking if I needed further help - such a breath of fresh air to have such a personal touch! Now that is what I call service!

Placed an order on the 13th Feb Ref Cindy 9030. The issue is no communication or updates. We are being avoided when trying to call for an update. Hopefully we get our order before my son turns 18 (he is 9 now)
