I keep on phoning all day from when they open but no answer but when I get there they are there no professional at all, I don't ever give bad rating but this is not how you run a business

iI received a written quotation, but could get no reply to the phone when I REPEATEDLY tried to advise them that I had obtained a better price from someone else, and would, therefore, not be accepting their quote.No cellphone number provided by them. (A pity, as the quote was provided very quickly!!)
