I took my car in for the replacement of my left side mirror. I took my car in on Tuesday and I got it back this morning Friday. 4 days.I have to compliment Hillcrest Panelbeaters workmanship was great. Not impressed with the customer service from Mary. She really needs to learn how to talk to customers properly.Answer to your reply: I never asked her to repair half the damages. I asked if their was anyway to bring the amount down and most panelbeaters would have done the same thing. So please don't act like you were doing me a favour. I told her many times thank you and that I appreciated her help. The one star is for her condescending attitude after the error with the bracket for the bumper. Elmarie on the other hand was a pleasure to deal with.
