It's always a lovely experience to visit that place, COVID-19 regulations are followed, the staff is professional, friendly. The hygiene is good and the food is nice. I love everything.

Had the worst service there today waiting for about 10mins to be served about 6 people in front of me a guy comes and send behind me. Whilst standing for about 1min or so he panics start looking for someone working there saying she is his sister Nwabisa; few seconds pass spots the person communicate whilst standing behind me that he wants street wise 2. Got served quick quick worse this employee was at the back not even in the hills. She comes out carrying the order he gets called. Mind we are still waiting there. I got angry and look for a manager who came. I explained her that this is bad service nepotism or whatever it was can't happen like this under her watch. She asked who did I spotted the guy who was still waiting for his change and the lady employee who was now at the back. She let's this guy goes which I expressed why is she doing hat cause both need to be reprimanded. She could not react to the complaint as o expected.she does what I wanted to order for me that was not the issue. I wanted this manager to address. Seeing that I'm not going anywhere with this I thanked for their bad service and left the shop. I will never buy anything in the KFC at Cathcart street ever. Call this excellent service this was the worst ever and never anticipated that things like these happen in public shops like KFC. Owner deal with this employee and Manager please. This happened round about 18:05 this evening.
